Evri needed to optimise their out-of-home network of approximately 5,000 ParcelShops and over 900 Lockers. This required identifying potential new locations, reviewing underperforming shops, and assessing high-performing locations for expansion.

Our Solution

Geoplan used data analysis to create a ranking model considering factors like footfall density, proximity to transport hubs, residential density, store standards, and parking availability. This enabled Evri to visualise coverage, quantify potential, and predict performance.
